With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has held senior roles in Operations Management and Global Supply Chain Management within major European and American multinational corporations.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, he excels in cross-cultural communication.

Since 2016, Zhenlin has provided consulting services to global agriculture and food companies, including top soft fruit and table grape breeders. His expertise spans Chinese PVRs management, marketing strategy, Chinese market activation, and supply chain development.

Georgios Papailiou

Georgios Papailiou has over 15 years of experience in supply and procurement management across diverse industries, including Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals, Shipping and the Aluminium sector. Georgios’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Glamorgan and a Master’s degree in Energy from the University of Wales, Georgios is well-equipped to handle complex procurement challenges.

Most recently serving as the Head of Carbon Raw Materials Procurement at MYTILINEOS S.A., Georgios has led the purchasing of critical raw materials, negotiated contracts with key global suppliers and managed relationships with both strategic and spot suppliers. His meticulous approach to procurement has resulted in substantial cost savings.

Georgios’s expertise extends to managing procurement transformation, overseeing tenders, and driving continuous process improvement. His previous roles include Group Procurement Director at ALAPIS SA. as well as holding key positions at companies like WIND Hellas, Nortel Networks and Vodafone.

Robin Zaragoza

Robin Zaragoza is a seasoned business professional with a diverse skill set spanning M&A, business planning, project financing and more. Holding a Master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master’s degree in business law from Ecole de Droit de la Sorbonne.

In recent roles, such as Chairman of the board at P&Z Consulting and Head of corporate development at Argent foods Ltd/BerryWorld Group, Robin has played a pivotal role in creating new businesses, overseeing global acquisitions and structuring financing for international expansion projects. Additionally, his tenure at PwC/Strategy& as a strategy consultant involved delivering a wide range of M&A-related strategy projects across industries.

Ritendra Banerjee

Ritendra Banerjee has extensive experience in technology-led business transformation, data and AI, data security and enterprise assurance. His educational background includes degrees from Presidency College, the CFA Institute, and Harvard Business School.
Throughout his career, Ritendra has undertaken significant projects, such as leading cyber resilience efforts for an ASEAN country’s prime minister’s office, with a focus on enhancing security in the tourism industry. He has also been involved in oversight engagements for a California-based cyber security and data company, spanning B2B and B2C environments in the US and ASEAN.

Giorgos Konstantzos

Giorgos Konstantzos is an Environmental Engineer and Consultant specializing in waste management, environmental impact assessments, and carbon footprint verification. He serves as the Managing Director at INNOVECO consulting services, offering tailored environmental consulting, including funding opportunity recognition and proposal preparation. Giorgos has been in this role since 2012.

In parallel, he has worked as an Environmental Researcher at NTUA since 2011. Giorgos has also provided freelance environmental consulting since 2005, amassing a wealth of experience in the field.

His professional journey includes roles as a Waste Management Expert at EPTA S.A. and as an Environmental Engineer at I. Frantzis and Associates. He is educated as a PhD Candidate in Life Cycle Assessment at the National Technical University of Athens. He holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Crete.
